"Hi, Sam!"  "Hiya', Lebe!"
Was all the need
to propel, oh, the yells & yelps!
to the Penguin Club... Oh no,
not these two to fledglings flightless, Pal'eeze!!...
with wings aspan
and a waddle-hippityhop - past Mother, of
another Time, yet soo-oo! In Rhyme -
to the other mother - board and monitor,
like little lizards squirming, "...me, you!," "...no, you, now me!",
in cyber virtue   and
all the facshioninity of Penguin Plays', "achoo!",
Spheniscidae, that is, in
ChromaColor display, He: "you!", She: "you!"  "OK!", too 'cause

Ain't no spammy, here!
Just Sammy and Lebe, and Mom... Emperors,
S.A.L.A.M.

You know, however little I understand your poems, I usually enjoy them on some level, and they almost always sound great read aloud.

I know better than to try to critique ;) (cough - ie I won't try), but I liked the reading - ta v much :)

ps, don't feel obligated to  respond - your responses to my responses usually send my  head spinning, and it's only a tiny head, not enough to withstand 3x g-force...

Dear Saturnine - Delightful to "hear" you again!  And I will indeed respond (how not!), but with less "g-force" than expected - LOL!  This Poem written for the young son, & playmate (one can never be too certain in these convoluted/promiscuous times, eh?) of a dear friend of tremendous Literary gift.  This said, I am so appreciative of your comments, that the "Reading aloud" is an enjoyable exercise, & what more might a Poet require!?  Thank you, S., I have shared this Piece b/c of my unusual fondness for It's measure.  In Rhyme -   H.e.m.
