From Linda Jones - Journobiz
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I went to the launch party of the new online resource centre Journobiz last night. It was a very swish affair with leading journalists and the author Imogen Edwards-Jones. They also raised around £1,500 for the premature baby charity Tommy's. Here's some info about the site - I can thoroughly recommend the features on writing 'real life' features, basic media law and copyright. You may want to find out more - there is going to be a charge from May - so you may want to sign up before that. There is also a directory of freelancers you can add your details to. I'm a moderator on the forums.
