Thank you so much for your interest guys. Really appreciate it. 
Here is one example of a home page for the site.. but trust me I'm not into it all that much myself, so you can criticise in every way possible, as it is likely to go through a lot of changes. If you could let me know what you like and don't like that's enough to see what direction I should be going in.  Also if you could think of further headings/sections..and I can incorporate those in as well.. This is merely something to show an idea of a page for the moment.

oh, and the title can be changed.. I couldn't think of anything, so this is a working title for now - "stop.dotcom"  I figured perhaps use some sort of slogan to do with stopping, viewing your world, blah blah blah.. well, we'll see!

I take it "Your views" is where the readers comment on the issues, not our writing.

The toolbar scrolling across, is that dropdown menus or links to menu pages?
I have to get you ideas on the "Writer" section before I suggest any of my own.
