Path of Truth
Today, like every day before,
I ask my god to guide me
to wherever He would have me be
to show me what He would have me do
to give me the wisdom, knowledge,
understanding and strength to stand and walk
the path of truth...
to send me an angel to watch over me
as I strive to be worthy of the love
He has always shown to me...
to open my heart, mind and eyes to
the things in this world that He would
have me see, as faithfully, I carry my
Shield of Faith, ready to meet my destiny.
