Life
Life is such a fleeing thing
So fast life slips away
One moment the sun shines
The next thing you know
The moment is lost in time.
Life is such a short journey
Shorter for some than others
As life slips away, we find.
One moment you are holding
A loved one in your arms
The next moment touching
The loved one only with your
Heart.
Life is such a wondrous thing
Filled with so much hope for
Tomorrow
Yet, for so many, filled with so
Much sorrow.
