My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

can I just ask - who is John Harriott and why is Cannabis spelt with a capital 'C'?  I know this makes me sound a bit stupid, but I'm just a bit confused.  ???
