How wonderful that they were able to push themselves and keep going. I know you are proud of them, I hope they are as proud of themselves as they should be.

Good job!  ;D

  • I've been writing ever since I realised I could.
Just a couple of pictures.

This one, with only a few feet to go after 34 1/2 hours.  Crossing the finish line.

My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1

Here they are with their finishers medals and a celebratory glass of bubbly.

I must say Allison does look a little shell-shocked.  It's the first time she's done anything like this, or walked as far in one go.  Kizzi has done other long distance challenges.

Awesome job, girls... take a well earned and very deserved break now!

Gyppo, can you give them both a big hug for me please?
There is no beginning or end. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present (unknown)

Money cannot buy happiness but somehow, it's more comfortable to cry in a Mercedes Benz than it is on a bicycle.
