"Coffee, Bones."

Today was a monumentally bad day. Despite going to bed when I got home, it still seems like a really bad day.

At least there's only half an hour of it left.

You are here.

It can't be that bad a day.

I've come here as a comfort. Bones makes good comfort drinks.

"Bones, scratch the coffee. Turn it into something with a little more power."

Good evening, Diminutive One.

Was today irredeemably bad, or 'Damn, that was shite but tomorrow it may all start to make sense' bad?
My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1

My less rational side would like to say irredeemably bad with a dramatic sigh and up-throwing of the hands, but if I look at the situation logically, they made the best decision.

Unfortunately, at this moment, I can't get past the less rational reaction.

I'll do it eventually.

Indeed. Currently it feels almost like a waste of a year, but a lot's happened and I know it's for the best.

Ah well. We wouldn't be human if we didn't indulge in a little self pity once in a while, would we? ::)

You've got to remember that they aren't trying to find out how clever or talented you are. All they want to know is how hard you're willing to work when you go into the real world.

They just think it would be best not to enter me this year. I should have seen it coming, I'm not very good at attendance, I've had so much time off this year.

Tomorrow I'll find out if the half of the course they're entering me for next year means I can't enter this year for the other half.

It's a split course, so I think it's 99% certain I'll be able to.

"Bones, this is one of those put on the happy music and serve drinks with a high volume of alcohol moments."

And now to bed, for school I am bound tomorrow.

Night folks, drinks on me 'till sunrise.
