The Red Barren Bar serves the best Margarita. Enjoy!

Margarita Recipe

1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 ounce triple sec (Cointreau)
3/4 ounce lime juice (fresh)
Garnish: lime wedge

Optional: lime for rimming glass
Optional: salt or sugar for rimming glass

If desired, rim a chilled cocktail or margarita glass: Wet the rim with a lime wedge, then dip or roll it in a small dish of salt or sugar.

1. Pour the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into the prepared glass with or without fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Sorry, Noizchild, if you think I am ignoring you. I assumed, from the replies my posts received  [or didn't receive lol] that I was seen as an 'outsider' to the group of writers who once controlled the MWC boards.

The fact that MWC is still up and running proves the 'first MWC members' put much heart into  the site that has benefited, and continues to benefit "striving writers" worldwide .

You are correct "there is no bar."  The MWC Bar was/is a place that was created [2005] for MWC members to share thoughts on writing and/or things taking place in their everyday life.

Noizchild, thank you for posting.     Communication, on and off the internet, is very important.
