When in the west country ordering cider, it's not watering down you worry about, it's the pink lumps fizzing near the bottom.
Gulp.

It must be the changing electrostatic properties in my fingertips but Kindles don't work for me anymore. Blooming nuisance cos my book groups keep shortlisting newish books that are expensive in paper. Then I found the kindle app on my laptop works perfectly... except I cant write my own stuff at the same time. Anyhow, I read an interesting engineering scifi novel set on another planet in the future. Drill bits meet love and betrayal - yep, written by a woman, but its good. I blogged it here https://geoffnelder.com/craters-edge-lucy-andrews/

My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1

Since I'm now offically hitting my 50th post, I thought I'd wander into the bar and celebrate.
Drinks are on me tonight.

I'm having a Martini. Not shaken, not stirred.

Just slightly agitated?

Sounds good to me. Now I just need a pretty lady and a fast car.

Even one out of three is better than none out of three ;-)

I'm sure I saw an advert somewhere for a little metallic thing to slip over your finger for cases like this.  I think it was touted as giving 'more precise control', or something like that.   Might be worth looking into.

Get one of those pen looking things so you don't have to use a fingertip on the screen.
