Words, New, Used and Well Used

I'm not sure if this belongs here, but on the assumption that someplace is better than no place . . .

For quite some time I have been receiving two different but similar emails from sites that offer daily "words".
Sometimes they are familiar words, at others, words I've never or seldom encountered.  But almost always I find the words or the examples and etymology to be informative and interesting.
So I thought it was about time I shared these sites with other word smiths, in case you might not be aware of them.

Check them out for yourselves, subscribe (they are both free) or not as you like.

If you're into odd words I recommend the Weird Words website:

Thanks for the site Naomi.  I've book marked it for future reference.

I especially liked the word 'dracontology'.  No surprise there.  :)
