   Rat Splat

On scorching pavement
harder baked makes easier
in one piece to spatulate
the rat-splat, purple-dark,
just like that, the Rorschach
tire mat, full-shocked
former fluff of Flemish cat.

Can't find the poem in the search . . . the one about a A Dog Lover's something or other for a cat. Travelling the roads in NI over Ligoneil Hill etc.and poor old flat cat getting stuck to the tyres. ;D
