i think the concept of finding gold inside of a body is an interesting one. i'd be more interested in reading/watching the back story of how that happened, though, than the gold-looting fiasco. the majority of what happens here doesn't feel very realistic to me. it would be one thing if this was intended as a comedy, but i think you're writing something a little more serious. if this is intended as a drama/thriller, i'd do more research into hospital security to develop more realistic plots. if you want it to be a comedy, i'd say have lots of fun and go really, really wild with it.
but still, i think the back story of the gold smuggler would be fun to see.
