Usually midday. ??? BST [British Summer Time] . . . It's is 17:19 here for me now . . . compare that with the time this is posted to make calculations that suit your time zone.

Just checked . . . Time posted says an hour earlier. :)

My last attempt was frightful. :-\ I'm might as well be a fledgling writer, I'm so rusty.
