Update: Please see the below which is a correspondence cut & paste from the co-editor and is self-explanatory.


Since that time submissions have closed, the editing took place, EVERY SUBMISSION WAS ACCEPTED for publication, step one of the proofreading is completed, and the completed draft will be submitted to the site Moderator(s) if it hasn't already.  Editor asked this update be posted, or announced.
