Okay... If I can spit out a story in an afternoon - I'm sure others can also. Remember participation runs a site.

Yeah. All I have to do is stop incoming edits and family weirdness long enough to have a clear cause and effect cascade run through my head and I'm off...!

So...wish me luck--for you have no idea...really you don't.

Remember participation runs a site.

How true is that. If 510bhan can be arsed to organize the comp, the least we can do is make an attempt to enter. Quite likely to be a less than scintillating piece from me, but what the heck.

Come on, guys, go for it why don't ya.

Cheers, Lucy -- the quality isn't the be all and end all of these contests, it's a challenge to meet the brief by the deadline. I know some of our writers have subsequently tweaked/rewritten pieces they have submitted or used the premise in one of their WIPs which probably wouldn't have occurred to them if they hadn't given the contest a go. ;)

All pieces welcome. ;D

I'm the Revise King when it comes to these contests :P Not sure why, because I just enter to try out things and such. Crazy, in school I didn't give a damn  :D

Somebody managed to get 1500 words completed and pinged to me. Anybody else organised enough yet? ;D

So I'm a newbie, my question might already have been answered [or likewise obvious to the vets here], but where do we submit?

Click on my blue name 510bhan and it will bring up my profile. When that appears scroll down until you reach near the bottom where it says send this person a personal message. Click on that and a message box will open up just like these reply boxes. Copy and paste your story into the box, check 'save copy to outbox' and then hit 'send'. ;D ;)
