what amazon royalties to i get if i live in Ireland?
« on: August 28, 2013, 08:48:48 AM »
It seems to be 70% in most countries, apart form a select few (Japan, Brazil etc). It says this in the amazon ebook FAQs.
However, Ireland doesn't seem to be listed on either the 70 or 35% list!

Are we to just presume that Ireland has the same royalties as the UK? I emailed them
About this but got nothing back.

Anybody know?

Thanks!

Off the top of my head I think the royalty territories are based on where Amazon has a website. There's no amazon.ie so you're probably classed as UK because you'd shop at amazon.co.uk.

Thanks for the reply, Chris. While I'm glad to hear it, it still seems a bit unprofessional on Amazon's part. Surely they could be a little more specific with such crucial details!
