*It must be 500 words or less

*Members will vote and you could be in charge of the next challenge!

*Send entries to me by PM

    *Deadline: July 4th at Midnight

Everyone is welcome!

Excellent prompt. Could go a lot of ways with this.

Is the prompt-line to be used in the story itself, or is it only inspiration/direction to follow?

It can be used either way. Right now I have one entry that used the exact words in the story and one that didn't use them at all.
It is up to you!

I didn't really think about that, but I suppose central time zone in the US. If you are unsure when midnight would be relative to your time zone and send an entry a little late, I won't hold it against you.

:D I just know that EST (where I am) is five hours behind the UK.

I believe that the central time zone is also 5 hours difference, DS.  Currently, it's 1:15 GMT and 8:15 central time - just under one hour until Under the Dome  :)

I'm in EST, which is 5 hrs behind England.
Central time is 1 hr behind me, thus it's 6 hrs behind England
