My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1

French kiss

1 part vodka
1 part Chambord
1 part dark cream de cacao
1 1/2 parts half and half

Chambord is a raspberry liqueur and quite tasty in many things but also expensive. Any raspberry liqueur would do (in my opinion).
I had only light cream de cacao

I hope you enjoy the pretty drink (it turned out pink and in the picture has a chocolate hershey's kiss floating on it, but I believe that would make it hard to drink).

Also in the picture, it was served in a martini glass and so looked very pretty (and I did do that for myself)

All good hon.  :-*

Patti that does sound delicious. Is half and half some sort of cream? I do think I have asked that question before but you know my brain, its mush.  ;D

Half and half is coffee cream, not heavy or whipping cream. Just coffee stuff.

Pudding shots
1 cup milk
cup Irish cream liqueur
cup vodka
1 (4 serving size) package of instant chocolate pudding mix.

Directions
Whisk together all ingredients until combined. Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses or disposable party shot cups. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. The shots have the consistency of mousse.

Each recipe makes about 10-12 depending on how much you pour into each glass.
I made three batches and didn't wait for them to set up, but I did lick the bowl. I thought it was rather tasty.

Aussies don't have coffee cream Patti. Isn't it amazing the differences in other lands. I always thought, when in the movies you would hear the Yanks ask if someone wanted cream in their coffee, they really meant milk.

Ooooh those pudding shots sound like they could be a new trend in my neighbourhood mate.  ::) ::)

I made the French kiss with milk because it was all I had on hand. It didn't matter. Tasted great.

Aww thats sad, I couldn't look them in the eye on the table V.  :o

We have seafood, cold meats such as ham and pork and lots of salads.

One of the standards at our house is the sweet potato and marshmallow dish I started doing about five years ago. Its really yum, I will put the recipe up if you are interested.

We will have roast potato's and gravy as well. Its too hot here to spend a lot of time in the kitchen but many do the traditional bit.

I was given the below link by a friend today. You can enter little Kilian's details plus a photo and he will get an email from Santa, its a top site.

cheers FF ..........the recipe would be great to add to my collection. My sis and family lived in down under for 6 years or so and I have contact with a couple of the "lads" I hung around with in the 70's one in Adelaide and another in Melbourne
