I am wondering when I should post the new challenge. I want to know what the mod's think of my idea before I post it. Need a list of procedures/rules ...how long to post the poll for, etc.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe all the particulars of the next contest are your choice as host.  That's your prize  ;D  If you look back through past challenges, the average submission time for entries is probably a week and a half, and about the same for votes.  


As far as rules - the standard MWC guide lines regarding profanity, etc. - and word count and theme are yours to set  :)
