poem-The Doorway to Heaven
« on: May 01, 2012, 12:02:24 PM »
"Often times the morning brings thoughts of living and thoughts of dying, and from the ashes of those thoughts, I write what comes to heart . . ."

The Doorway to Heaven

When I reach the doorway

that leads to eternity

May my last thoughts be

of the  first time

Jesus walked with me.

For in His presence

There was peace . . .

There was hope

There was love

Unending

There was

Forgiveness

And His promise

That he would

Always

Walk with me.

Janice.

I think you mean 'in his presence', not presents.  Never fully trust a spellchecker ;-)

Gyppo.
My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1
