Have absolutely no idea what this is about, but should the second sachet be 'sashay'? (ie the movement rather than the packet)

I believe you are describing a very overweight woman who used an inhalent for heart irregularities the name of which i cannot think :) But what is this about cyanide? Are you stating that she continued to damage her health by remaining a size 20?

I have to agree that the style is too obscure for the subject matter - they two things don't match for me I am afraid. Why make such a  simple idea so difficult?

I didn't get some of the meaning, but that's ok as I know it is there  :) A good read, I enjoyed it more the second time  :)
