Listening to 'Imagine' in my car this morning, my wife commented on how she sang it as a schoolgirl: 'Imagine there's no History...imagine there's no Geography...imagine all the children, living for playing...'

Hi noelgama, I would rate Imagine as one of the finest songs (and Poems) ever written. It cries for change in a messed up world. Oliver

Today it's "Hey Girl, Hey Boy" by Chemical Brothers
"You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet." - Kafka

Hi Cathy, yes I love that song.

Today I've managed to run away from the 'Emily Demon' thats bugged me for a week and a half and today I have the song Illegal by Shakira bouncing in my head. I don't even know the words. I don't like her rendition of the song - Tracy Chapman clone. I like the song though. Oliver

Hi allyrose, Africa is by Toto. Great song. Today I've got 'Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman on the brain.
