Guess who went fishing today?  ::)

Damn, now we have to eat them.  ;)

Somebody else was fishing as well, thats a wallaby in its mouth.  :o :o

He said there were hundreds of crocks today and he managed half a dozen lousy photos, men!!  :P :P

The river is beautiful, just can't touch it is all.  :D

Nice fish. Around the 6lb mark?

I would say about that Gyp, his cousin bagged a few as well.  :D

The wine cellar is most portable Don.  ;)

We will cook them with family at home I think. We vaccuum seal them here and they last well which is great.

Have a big fish night when the weather warms a tad.  ;D

He seen croc fights, water snakes and everything but didn't raise the camera.  ::)

Men don't multi-task when they're fishing ;-)  Unless they're fishing illegally, in which case part of the brain is set aside to keep alert for other men, or signs of their presence like dogs with a collar, or birds suddenly lifting into flight.

Gyp, they nabbed a codger up here recently for fishing illegally, took his catch, fishing gear and his fridges. They left him with his boat apparently but they can take that, the cars, its rather amazing. Makes them all think twice about going above the bag limit.  :o

Gyp, Brett said they were more like 20 lb each mate, you have to use 50lb braided line when catching them. You're a boy, you will understand why.  :P :P

We all 'keep an eye' out for other predators of our fish, lil glo. Probably lucky he didn't throw the camera in order to scare that croc off. Fishing rights and all that stuff. :P

Excellent pictures. Loved the river. Fish...am glad I'm not cleaning them.

Thanks for the slice.

Do gators eat ya too Skip?  :o

You be careful. The boys had to think twice about their toilet habits out there as well, they stopped for lunch and the crocs circled the boat, they are massive creatures.

Silt, I won't be doing any cleaning either mate, thats mans work. >:D

Crocs are slim around these parts. We do have gators back east but no roos for them to munch on.

Had a bit of a drive around Darwin again today. A couple of pics of the cityscape from across the bay and the beautiful beach no one swims on. If the crocs don't get you, the stingers have their turn.  ;)

Gyp, your Tame Geek will like these. A tug boat with monitor on board. Its remote controlled from the cab by a joy stick for fire-fighting. Amazing looking machine in the flesh, real beast of a thing.
