A while back, our friend Cathy C posted a thread containing links to web sites useful to writers. Let’s do it again and see if we can add to this list. What’s on your computers favorites-list for reference material?

I definitely use dictionary.com all the time. Especially to find synonyms and new words. Great resources, I should make a list of useful pages I reference...

Well I was hoping for a little more participation. Maybe it got buried too quickly under the games. I'll drag this to the top of the pile and see if a few more folks find it.  ;D

If you ask the mods nicely, maybe they'll put it in the Authors' Resource Centre.

But does anyone go there normally?

We have a resource center?  :o   Joking of course ;)

I'll add one...everything you wanted to know about single and double quotes:

"May God forgive me for the time I've wasted"
----------
"God never panics"
----------
"This too shall pass"

www.pw.org

It's a listing of thousands of literary magazines seeking submissions. Best of all, it is regularly updated.  ;)

Just a well-read punk peasant

Going to church makes you a christian as much as standing in a garage makes you a car!
