Grrrr the rain has just started p***ing down in Jiujiang so I hope the train to Nanchang tomorrow will take me away from the worst of it! I have 3 days off and will be annoyed if it rains!

Take a deep breath and blow that rain my way Menoch, central Texas needs the rain right now.

One week ago while son #3 and I were out and about a few drop of rain hit the windshield - so few I could have counted them on my fingers and had fingers left over.  :(

Cricky the weather here has gone from pleasantly warm, to blinking cold in two three days. Dropped from around 20,o to 8,o.
I had that rain I was hopping for Gyp, it came down like stair rods; I stood outside sweeping like mad with a hard broom to shift the brick dust etc.

What an opportunist ;-)  You must be in league with The Devil to get rain when you want it.

We have a Dove grey sky, and although it's a long way from really cold, hovering around 60 F, there's a raw dampness in the air.  The wind has dropped a bit though, because it woke me up around 4am, howling past the windows and rattling the trees in the garden.

With a bit of luck it will have shaken off and damped dpwn some of tnhe loose pollen which has been giving me grief just recently.

My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1

I'm in league with something mate.

Have you thought about trying for a job with the met office?

What's been giving you grief? the wind, (I get that sometimes) damp, rattling, (I get that sometimes, when she's sat in the back seat) I suspect it's the pollen, good luck with that.

Yesterday my roomie asked if I wanted to turn the heat back on. I very stubbornly refused out of denial that it was cold enough to warrant heat.

Not a big fan of rain but at least it's not snow!

Where are ya? Up in Canada?

And I feel like it's similar weather almost everywhere! No one seems to be able to find spring!

We have wonderful blossom cascading over the trees in beautiful crimson, blue's, lemon and pinks.

As you know we Brits are used to having four seasons in one day; it was cold, windy and raining this morning.

Now the sun is shinning and it feels much warmer. Time to paint my porch.

I can see some leafs starting to grow on the trees in front of my apartment, but it it's gray and it's cold over here.  I know this may sound like I'm making it up, but I literally lost my keys right now, which means I won't be able to go out. Yesss! :)
