If fudging an issue involved lots of calories, do you think politicians would be inclined to lie less often?

What makes you think politicians know how to do anything other than lie?

My late father used to say he could tell when a politician was lying ... his lips were moving.   ;)

My wife has been known to make the comment. She's entitled to, right?  ::) ;)

Would that be a Belgian waffle, the sort that floods out in obscenely copious quantities from Hercule Poirot's 'little grey soul cells'?
My website is currently having a holiday, but will return like the $6,000,000 man.  Bigger, stronger, etc.

In the meantime, why not take pity on a starving author and visit my book sales page at http://stores.lulu.com/gyppo1

Poirot eats waffles too - I though he was croissants or 'the English toast' sort of man?

Is the English toast sort of man better than a champagne toast?
