Eric's story is great - will be terrific when it's fully tidied up. The descriptions of the countryside and the behaviour of animals is wonderful. Moves on at a nice pace. Nasty bad guys. Feels authentic - if experiencing the adventures of a shape-shifter could ever be such!

Im the same way, Alice. Im sure that about 1/3 through it gets kind slow paced. That is when I couldnt stand it anymore. I have not looked over it yet so maybe I just think it sucked cause thats what I thought when I wrote it lol. So I might have to cut part of it out and make it a little more exciting. We will see once I read over it.

I just finished reading your story, Eric. And I agree with Alice, you have some wonderful descriptions of country sides and a few other things in there. I liked the animal behaviour as well. And the end had me choked up and teary eyed. Poor Mei.
Well done, Eric!

That was just a strategic cryptic bump to get rid of a suspected spammer from the front page. See it's been removed. Thanks mods.

Siobhan..naughty? NEVER [okay I'm prone to fibs, but I'm quite useless because I always 'fess up immediately! Why do I bother lying?]

haha thanks, Eric. Uh, that is a good thing, right?

The MC is a lot like me, a little smartass hehe.

I think Jessie is catching up on RL. Plus she might still be asleep right now.

My brain has gone numb I think.  At any rate, don't plan on any editing until after I start using that new calender.

I'm with you Alice. Needing a break from the frenzy of November. Thinking I'll take a first good look at in January, maybe.
Still have last year's to continue revising, so will focus on that for now.
