Many thanks - and congratulations - to everyone who contributed work to this anthology, to Eric and Leah for editing it, to Emma for the front cover image, to Gyppo for his touching Foreword, and to Ma and Andrew for their hard work in preparing the anthology for publication. If there's anyone I've left out, thanks and congratulations to them also!
