Robert (and everyone else struggling with time, or the lack of it!)
Sounds like you're a victim of your own success

!! Which can be both a blessing and a curse (at times).
I'm a Life Coach and specialise in Business Coaching, Personal Development and Career development...
Not having enough time for something is often the result of not setting solid personal goals. Setting goals wisely will often allow you to see 'the wood for the trees' and will thus reduce stress and [hopefully] give you a view of where you need to focus your attention.
Goals need to be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timed), and if you're not setting goals now then I feel this is probably one of the reasons why you're feeling overwhelmed.
I hope this little piece of advice helps. If you'd like to know more about Life Coaching, and the benefits it brings, please feel free to drop me an email.
Remember: If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere you don't want to be!
Kind Regards
Gary
