Looking for writers for nonfiction anthologies?

Hello,

I'm looking for writers for a several nonfiction book anthologies I'm trying to get off the ground. Topics include:

My Hybrid Life: Small steps for improving the planet
Successes on the Autism Spectrum: Parents share their small victories
Getting into a Killer B-school: Tips for beating the application game
Food for Thought: Stories about food dos and don'ts
College Daze: Reflections on what how you spent your years as an undergrad

Is there any chance you could provide a little more info? Such as, will the writers be paid a fee, and if so how much? Do you have a publisher lined up, or will the books be self-published?

Can you provide some more information on the assignments e.g. how many words, target date, pay etc
