Midnight by Dean Koontz - enjoyable, epic horror thriller
A Wanted Man by Lee Child - Another brilliant and smart thriller from probably the best the genre has to offer
The Ancestor's Tale by Richard Dawkins - Okay, fascinating in places, but generally a bit boring. Not as good as his other books.

The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan, book one of the Wheel of Time. Truly enjoying it, as well.

Been stuck 50 pages into The Lies of Locke Lamora (Gentleman Bastard, #1, Scott Lynch), not entirely sure if I like the book just yet.

So, I'm juggling with 40 books on writing (I wish I was kidding, all are open on various programs, coffee tables, sofas, etc.)
Ars longa, vita brevis... so just in case I also bake.

Zephyr, TLOLL is literally one of my favourite books! Seriously, stick with it, it gets really really good. Red Seas Under Red Skies too is great, but The Republic Of Thieves is only ok.
