Absolutely, and thanks for the kind comments.

In the final version, the scene unfolds in the building manager's office where we have the building manager and a maintenance guy (complete with tool belt) discussing the "problem" tenant.  A speaker-phone on the desk plays the part of Mr. Arkovy.

Your friend can have either of the aforementioned parts...unless he'd prefer to dress up as a speaker-phone.  :)

My friend is a character. He works for ink. I like this play very much. I can't write plays, but love to read them. I like and read Sam Shepard. When you do more on this one post me.
