A very nice review of my book
« on: August 03, 2007, 03:20:37 PM »
I received a very nice review of my book, Wizard's Bane, and I thought I'd share it.

It's posted on Front Street Reviews and you can find it here:

http://www.frontstreetreviews.com/Wizard%27s%20Bane.html

or just go to the home page, click on the sci-fi category on the left frame and scroll down till you see it.

The pacing of the story takes a backseat to character development in this book, so not much progress is made towards the fulfillment of their quest, a good thing in this case as all of the characters possess strong but likeable personalities making it difficult to choose a favorite.

Way to go, crystalwizard. ;)

I Loved your book from the moment I read the first page - good luck with it.

:) Thanks. I didn't know you'd read the book. Are you planning on reading the rest of the series?

Its very encouraging to get good feedback.
I had email on Friday from a lady who said how much she enjoyed my book. It gives one a filip and 'spurs you on'?
Ive had messages from America and Canada as well as mainland Europe and its a great feeling to know that your work is appreciated..and from folk that you are, most likely, never to meet?
keep at it Crystal & all you folk here and all power to your pens/keyboard......my eyes get a bit 'cream-crackered' sometimes but to hear from folk who enjoy your scribbles is like manna from Heaven ;D ;)

Great Cyrstal - excellent news.  Mention it in 'sticky your successes' too.
