hi there!
« on: August 08, 2007, 05:15:18 PM »
wow, a site for writers to talk! been looking for somewhere with like-minded people to put up some of my work, and see what other people are writing. right, interests: i am a sci-fi buff, but it doesn't invade every part of my work. i don't have nuch written yet, but i will soon. i've never tried writing before, except at school, so this is kind of a scary thing for me. hopefully you will like what i have for you, and vice versa. catch you soon! D

Spike, I apologize for my harsh greeting. How could I transform my hatred for Selorian into a Greeting?

I cannot.

That's what we're here for, Spike - to answer any questions you might have and to help ease you into the joys/horror  ::) of writing...

Have a look around... check the 'Stickies' at the top of each page. (Which should answer most of the questions you might have.)

Anything else - just shout out, there's always someone willing to lend a hand.

Spike,

Welcome! MWC is a fantastic writing forum.  Browse around and get familiar with what MWC has to offer, read the stickies on the boards so we are all on the same page.

There are discussion boards, review boards, and fun in the coffee shop. Read a few threads until you find one you like and jump in.

If you have questions ask. The moderators are the people with blue stars; Carrie, Cathy, Lin, Saturnine, Symphony, and myself...our fearless leaders are Nick and Karl.

We're glad you joined us!

Sometimes I think that you must be any admin's worst nightmare.  The problem is you're just so damned funny.

You have to wear the shame, pride, and color on your sleeve, put spikes on it, and slap the f* out anyone threatens.

Whoa. I think this guy's 21. Or girl.

Terribly sorry.

You're older than your pet critic.
