Actually, my Dad barbecued steak for Christmas day here in Canada once. He shoveled a path through the snow to the gas barbecue, got it lit, and stood out there in his parka and winter boots, grilling steak. I think I have a picture somewhere; I'll have to see if I can find it. ;)
